Recovery action: Entry and Exit into/ from the EU (Single Window)

An investigation has shown that after Customs maintenance on Saturday 29-01-2022, a large number of messages (ENS, NOA, etc) were incorrectly rejected by the Customs System for stating incorrect EORI numbers. These are messages that were submitted in the period 29-01-2022 between 09:30 and 14:30.
A recovery action will take place to resubmit the rejected messages to the Customs Process so that the messages can still be processed. You will be informed by means of a DEC acceptance message for the messages that have been processed properly after the recovery action.
