The process Reporting persons on board (Single Window – PAX) is unavailable due to a delay, a disruption or planned maintenance from Saturday 14-11-2020 08:00.

The emergency procedure is not or no longer applicable

On Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., maintenance will be carried out on the Maritime Single Window (MSW)system.
The pax messages will not be accepted or acknowledged by the MSW system between 8 AM and 4 PM. Only pax messages and/or changes that relate to actual ship visits that take place between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. can be sent to KMAR: Dutch.immigration@mindef.nl or ZHP: Rotterdam@dutch-immigration.nl
All other pax lists must be submitted to the MSW system before and after the maintenance period of the system.
