Scheduled maintenance Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 12-12-2020 08:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 12-12-2020 14:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)

Planned maintenance: You can submit messages as usual, they are not processed during the maintenance but buffered. After the maintenance, the messages are still processed and any return messages will follow.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
