Scheduled maintenance Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 13-03-2021 08:00 until (expected end-time) Sunday 14-03-2021 12:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)

Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance, the messages will still be processed and possible return messages will follow.

For maintenance we maintain a longer lead time because there is uncertainty due to a maintenance
data migration to be performed.
We will keep you informed as soon as the maintenance has been carried out and the Process Of Importing into the EU, Exporting from the EU and Storage (AGS) is available again.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
