Notification of the end of the payment term for the monthly credit declaration for February 2023

Dear declarants,

Normally, as the submitter of import declarations via the AGS system, you will receive one Monthly Credit Statement End of Payment Term Notice per month. It turned out that some declarants received 2 notifications for the month of February 2023.
A change in one of our system tables was made too early by mistake. The intention was that this change would not take effect until March 1, but in fact the change has already taken effect on February 28 at 4:18 p.m. This has created a situation where you will receive a payment term notice for the returns submitted from February 1 to February 28 at 4:18 pm and a separate payment term notice for the returns that you submitted on February 28 from 4:18 pm.
During the month of March, steps will be taken for the transition to DMS, an important change is that the format of the payment term expiration notice will be changed.
The following sections have been changed:
'Tax number' has been replaced by 'Your reference',
'Vord.nr' has been replaced by 'Our reference' (the format has also been changed in terms of content, it no longer contains a reference to your EORI number).

If you want to make payments for the current tax month during the month of March, you must use the payment reference stated on the new Notification of payment term expiration.
If you have not received a new communication, you can make the payment in the normal way.

NB:
Both notifications about the expiry of the payment term relate to import declarations made in February must both be paid with the correct payment reference (which is stated on the form).
