The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Monday 11-03-2024 09:53.

Currently there are problems with various commodity codes you use in your declaration. Because of this it is possible that your declaration does not go through our customs system and the return messages do not arrive. If this is the case with you and the commodity code is in the list which you can find in the service message which we have posted ( Disruption of various commodity codes ) then you can use the emergency procedure.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
