The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Thursday 27-05-2021 10:02.
Currently there is a partial disruption in the messaging system. It is possible that you will not receive any return messages. We are working on a solution to solve the problem as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Currently, import declarations are not processed. You may only use the emergency procedure for these declarations.
However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

For the storage and export declarations, return messages are delayed and you will not receive a return message immediately. We ask for your patience for these reports, we apologize for the inconvenience.
