The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Wednesday 04-05-2022 11:33.

At the moment, due to the outage this morning, a large number of return messages are missing. This concerns return messages from declarations that were submitted between 08:00am and 09:30am. You may use the emergency procedure for these shipments.

We are in the process of relisting these posts. We will post an update as soon as the messages have been processed.
