The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is available (again) from Friday 21-08-2020 09:06.

The disturbance  has been solved. The emergency procedure is not or no longer applicable

The declarations containing a document from the CDIU are properly processed in the system.

Are you still missing a return message on a declaration that you submitted yesterday between 1.35 pm and 6 pm?
We are working hard to find a solution for these declarations, these are still stuck in our system. It makes no sense to call or email the NHD in this situation.
