The availability of the process Requesting VAT Party information is limited from Wednesday 03-04-2024 15:29.

Declarants connected via an MTA interface are currently not receiving any messages. The malfunction only applies to these connections. You can ask your software supplier which connection you are using. If you do not receive a message back, you can use the emergency procedure.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
