Scheduled maintenance Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 01-07-2023 08:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 01-07-2023 16:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

The Introduction to the EU (ICS2) process is "Restricted" available from Saturday 01-07-2023 08:00. The planned maintenance: you can submit the Presentation Notification ICS2 (PNI) as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After the maintenance, the messages will still be processed and any return messages will follow. Maintenance has no impact on Ens filling and Arrival Notification messages offered via the STI (Brussels). You can use the fallback procedure. We advise you to use the fallback procedure only if in your opinion the logistical process requires declaration handling.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
