Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Thursday 29-02-2024 10:00 until (expected end-time) Thursday 29-02-2024 10:30.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)
• ICS2 Shared Trader Interface / Portal (STI-STP)

Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance the messages will still be processed and possible return messages will follow.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
