Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 14-11-2020 08:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 14-11-2020 16:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • SPOC SafeSeaNet reports (Single Window)

Sending messages is not possible, but receiving replies is possible.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
