Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Friday 14-07-2023 00:00 until (expected end-time) Friday 14-07-2023 16:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Transport of excisable goods (EMCS)

From 14-7-2023 00:00:00 (CET) it will no longer be possible to submit an eAD (IE815) through the old portal. You can then use My Customs for this process.
