Transport (NCTS) availability is limited

The availability of the process Transport (NCTS) is limited from Monday 27-07-2020 08:29.

Currently, transport documents from other Member States are not processed in the Dutch NCTS system. We are investigating whether this problem also applies to Dutch transport documents to another Member State.

If you do not receive a return message on your submitted declaration or arrival notification, you can use the emergency procedure.
However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
