About HTG

Dutch Customs provides a gateway for electronic message traffic around the logistics flows and the Single Window flow between the business community and the government.

This Trade and Transport Gateway (HTG) provides interfaces for the exchange of electronic messages between companies on the one hand and Customs, the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, the Seaport Police and the NCA SafeSeaNet (Rijkswaterstaat) on the other.

The information in this community is important for:

• Providers hub: companies that offer a communication facility (hub) that their customers use to report to the government;
• Softwaredevelopers: companies that develop software (package) and make it available to their customers, so that they can report to the government;
• Users software(package): companies that use software (package) from software developers to report to the government;
• Self-builders: companies that develop software (package) and use it themselves so that they can report to the government.
