Thursday 21 April the NHD closed from 12:00 pm

In connection with the celebration of 425 years of Customs, the National Customs Helpdesk will be closed on Thursday 21 April at 12:00 pm. We can only be reached by telephone on this day for priority 1 malfunctions in one of the (Customs) declaration systems.

Questions and reports that do not need to be answered immediately can send by email: nhd.apeldoorn@douane.nl. These questions will be picked up and answered again from Friday 22 April.
