Incorrect error message after destination change EMCS has been resolved.

The issues since the release of Friday, July 14, 2023 related to the handling of messages IE818 (acknowledge receipt) after a destination change (IE813 or after an IE801) have been resolved.

You can send the confirmations of receipt related to the above electronically again. The emergency procedure upon receipt no longer needs to be used for this.

You can submit the IE818 messages for which you have not submitted an emergency procedure on receipt, but which have been rejected for the reason stated in the service message of July 20, 2023.
