Transport (NCTS phase 5) availability is limited

The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Friday 10-10-2025 10:36.

There may currently be issues with international message traffic. As a result, responses to arrival notifications of transport shipments may not be received immediately. Work is underway to resolve this as quickly as possible.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
