The process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is available (again) from Friday 10-10-2025 16:00.
The process is available again.

The previously reported disruption in international message traffic has been resolved. Messages are being processed again, but there is still a backlog in handling arrival notifications for transport shipments, as well as for departure shipments that involve the use of foreign guarantees. We will provide another update once the backlog has been fully cleared and operations have returned to normal.
