The availability of the process Exit from the EU (Single Window) is limited from Tuesday 16-12-2025 14:40.

At the moment, there are problems with the processing of AAX and MFX messages. A solution is being worked on. Apologies for the inconvenience.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
