The process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is unavailable from Tuesday 24-02-2026 17:01.
Due to a malfunction in the CR central system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI).

This has an impact on:

  • ICS2 - sending messages
  • ICS2 - receiving messages

All received messages will be queued during unavailability of component and processed after recovery.

If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure.
