Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Friday 06-03-2026 09:00 until (expected end-time) Friday 06-03-2026 10:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

From Friday 6-3-2026 09:00 to Friday 10:00 (CET) essential maintenance will be performed on the Shared Trader Interface (STI CR)

This has an impact on:

ICS2 - sending messages
ICS2 - receiving messages

All messages are buffered during maintenance while the component is unavailable and will be processed after it is restored.

For further information see BCP ICS2 emergency procedure. If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure.
