DMS CERTEX declarations with COI/CHED-A

There is currently an issue with CERTEX declarations in DMS that include a COI or CHED-A certificate. These declarations encounter an error and must be manually rejected by us, which results in error message DMS19000.

Declarants who receive this error message in combination with a COI‑ or CHED-A‑related CERTEX declaration may use the emergency procedure.

An update will follow as soon as the issue has been resolved.
