On Thursday, 14 May (Ascension Day), and the day after; Friday, 15 May (bridge day), the NHD will be closed. We are only reachable for Priority‑1 disruptions; the phone message explains in which cases this applies. Keep an eye on nh.douane.nl for the current availability of the systems.
Payments to Customs will be processed automatically, provided they have been submitted correctly and completely.
