( MODIFIED ) Scheduled maintenance Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

From Saturday 31-10-2026 08:00to Saturday 131-10-2026 14:00 uur (CET) essential maintenance will be carried out on the national systems of the Government.

As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window)
• Ship stores (Single Window)
• Exit from the EU (Single Window)
  
  And as a result, the following Customs main process(es) are limitedly available:

• Entry into the EU (ICS2)

This has an impact on the messages below, among others.

Assessment Complete Control Notifications All messages are buffered during maintenance as long as the component is not available and are processed after it is available again. For further information, see BCP.

If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure.

Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance the messages will still be processed and possible return messages will follow.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
