The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Thursday 20-08-2020 15:20.
Communication with CDIU sometimes works and sometimes not

Unfortunately, the problems with the CDIU do not seem to be resolved yet. Some of the declarations are processed correctly, but some are not.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

The fallback procedure only applies to declarations that contain a document from the CDIU.
