Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) availability is limited

The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Tuesday 19-01-2021 12:00.
At this moment there is maintenance of the Import and Storage processes. Only “Output” messages will be processed normally during maintenance.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

The situation below still applies:
At the moment there are problems with AGS declarations where the ‘payment by’ (payer) box is not filled. Normally, these returns are cash and as declarant you will receive a UTB (DMSTAX). Unfortunately, you will not receive a return message in this situation at the moment.
