The process Transport (NCTS) is available (again) from Thursday 17-06-2021 20:05.
The process is available again.

There is currently a delay in the message traffic. As a result, it takes longer than usual for the return messages to be sent. The estimated delay is 90 -120 minutes. A solution is being worked on. We apologise for the inconvenience.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
