Contrary to previous message, Deco is not available from 11pm to 12pm

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Thursday 29-07-2021 10:00 until (expected end-time) Thursday 29-07-2021 11:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Customs E-Commerce (Deco)

Due to emergency maintenance, DECO is not available from 10pm to “expected end time” at 11pm.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
