The availability of the process Transport of excisable goods (EMCS) is limited from Wednesday 24-05-2023 09:36.
The malfunction and the possible use of the emergency procedure only applies to declarants who submit the declarations via the MSA interface.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
