The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is unavailable from Thursday 30-05-2024 08:29.
Investigation revealed that the cause of the disruption was not in the DMS application, but on one of the Customs platforms. A solution is currently being worked on.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
