The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is limited from Tuesday 18-06-2024 11:56.

There are currently problems with the ICS2 message handling offered via the National System (NES). This has an impact on the messages below.

The messages are buffered during the fault/maintenance. The outage/maintenance has no impact on the ENS filing and arrival notification messages provided via the STI-STP (Brussels).'

You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to only apply the emergency procedure if, in your opinion, the logistics process requires declaration processing.
