The process ICS2 Shared Trader Interface / Portal (STI-STP) is unavailable from Thursday 11-07-2024 18:00.

The DG TAXUD Service Desk would like to inform you about the scheduled system maintenance on the following application. Applications unavailable: EC – CR Affected service: ICS2 CR_STI Start Date/Time unavailability: 11/07/2024 18:00 CET End Date/Time unavailability: 11/07/2024 23:00 CET Explanations: Applications will remain available during the change implementation. However, possible interruptions may occur in case errors happen during implementation. In case of: • CR, CCN2 and/or NES_RMS unavailability economic operators should be notified on “ICS2 Common and/or ICS2 National component” unavailability and activation of BCP not specifying which component(s) is (are) not available; • NES_IMS, NES_ANES, NES_PNES and/or NES_CNES unavailability and activation of BCP, unavailability and BCP information is not communicated to economic operators.
