UPDATE: Additional information malfunction NCTS 05-08-2024

Unfortunately, the situation about not receiving return messages still applies. The cause has been found and they are now working on a solution.

If you have not yet received return messages for the declarations submitted between 10:30 – 13:00 on 05-08-2024, the following actions apply:

• You may use the emergency departure procedure (NCTS). Click here to go to the emergency procedure. You do not need to contact the Customs office for this.
• Another option is to cancel the declaration.
• For the destination declarations you may already unload the goods. As soon as we send the permission, you can submit an unloading report.
