The process Transport (NCTS phase 4) is available (again) from Thursday 31-10-2024 09:02.
The process is available again.

NCTS Phase 5 (DVA) has just gone live Declarations between 29/10 08:00 and 31/10 08:50 will not be processed and must be resubmitted, with the exception of shipments where the emergency procedure has been used. The emergency procedure for NTCS phase 4 and NCTS phase 5 (DVA) may be used until 12:00 noon.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
