The process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is unavailable from Monday 20-01-2025 12:30.

Due to a malfunction in the STI system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI). This has an impact on the messages below, among others.

The BCP is activated. For further information see BCP chapter 3.2.4

You can use the ICS2 emergency procedure. If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and transport the goods, you will have to apply the emergency procedure.
