NHD opening hours on Monday, February 3

Due to the death of a close colleague, the National Customs Helpdesk will be closed from 12:00 on Monday 3 February.

If you experience a problem in one of the Customs systems or do not receive any messages back on your submitted declarations, please leave your number on our regular telephone number. A colleague will call you back as soon as possible.
