The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Friday 31-01-2025 15:39.

The general outage for NCTS of 31 January has now been resolved. However, the limited availability of NCTS destination still remains as there are still unresolved incidents running that affect the handling of some destination consignments. Therefore, we still recommend that, in the absence of a return message (IE043 - permission to unload) to an arrival notification (IE007), you apply the destination emergency procedure. You do not need to contact the National Customs Helpdesk for this. An update will follow as soon as there is more clarity on this situation.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
