Transport (NCTS phase 5) availability is limited

The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Friday 14-02-2025 13:58.

Next Monday afternoon (17 February 2025), the incident causing NCTS destination limited availability will be resolved. Until then, the limited availability still applies, and you can apply the destination emergency procedure in the absence of a return message (IE043 - permission to unload) to an arrival notification (IE007). A further update will be posted on Monday. You do not need to contact the National Customs Helpdesk for this.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
