Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Tuesday 04-03-2025 19:00 until (expected end-time) Tuesday 04-03-2025 20:30.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Request Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)
• Request Binding Tariff Information (BTI)
• EU Customs Trader Portal
• Registered Exporter (REX)
• ICS2 Shared Trader Interface / Portal (STI-STP)
• Information document (INF)
• Proof of Union Status (PoUS)

Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance the messages will still be processed and possible return messages will follow.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
