Scheduled maintenance Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Wednesday 09-04-2025 10:00 until (expected end-time) Wednesday 09-04-2025 10:30.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

Maintenance on the Entry into the EU (ICS2) process. This has an impact on: ICS2 - sending messages ICS2 - receiving messages All messages are buffered during maintenance while the component is unavailable and will be processed after it is restored. For further information see BCP chapter 3.3 ICS2 emergency procedure. If you choose to start the customs procedure /procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure. Emergency procedure BCP You will be informed about the availability of the relevant processes.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
