Reminder: Adjusted opening hours around Ascension Day

On Thursday May 29th (Ascension Day) and Friday May 30th (block day), the Dutch Customs National IT Helpdesk will be closed. To report a priority 1 malfunction in one of the Customs systems, you can reach our standby service via the regular phone number and leave your phone number. A colleague will call you back as soon as possible.

It also means that there is no support in the Payments department these days. This does not affect the processing of your payment. Provided you make it with a correct payment reference.

Monday, June 2nd, from 8:00 a.m. we will be available again to answer your questions.
