Update message following DVA outage on Friday 04-07-2025

The outage occurred roughly between 10:00 am and 12:35 pm.

Declarations for departing documents made within this time frame from which you have not received a return message will no longer be processed. You are advised to prepare a new declaration with different LRN for these cases.

Declarations made during the disruption and for which you have not received a return notification will be archived by Customs. This will prevent two declarations for the same shipment.

Declarations for which an arrival notification was submitted during the timeframe of the disruption, for which you did not receive a return notification, will also no longer be processed. You can apply the Emergency Procedure for these shipments. These declarations will be handled by Customs.
