Service Disruption Notification – Shared Trader Interface (STI)

Due to a malfunction in the UUM&DS central system, there are currently issues affecting message handling via the Shared Trader Interface (STI).

This may impact the following ICS2 processes:

  • Sending messages
  • Receiving messages

For further details, please refer to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

ICS2 Emergency Procedure

If you are unable to submit declarations via the STI due to this disruption and choose to proceed with the customs process, you must follow the ICS2 emergency procedure.
