The availability of the process ICS2 Shared Trader Interface / Portal (STI-STP) is limited from Monday 15-09-2025 12:53.

Due to a malfunction in the UUM&DS central system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI). This may an impact on: may ICS2 - sending messages ICS2 - receiving messages For further information see BCP. ICS2 emergency procedure. If you are unable to submit declarations via the STI due to maintenance and you choose to start the customs procedure, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure. To the Emergency procedure To the BCP You will be informed about the availability of the relevant processes.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
