New NCTS departure and arrival messages are being processed correctly again. Therefore, the emergency procedure is no longer applicable. We are still assessing which messages were not processed correctly during the outage and will try to submit them tomorrow. If you have not received a return message for submitted departure or arrival notifications since Saturday, you can resend these messages. These messages will then be processed normally. Tomorrow we will post an update on the progress of the recovery of the messages that have not yet been processed. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
