Update on NCTS disruption

Apologies, we are still in the process of identifying the messages that were not processed during the NCTS outage. This delay is due to internal systems not being operational, which prevented us from carrying out the necessary inventory.
In the meantime, you may choose to resend any messages for which no response has been received, using the same LRN for outbound documents. These messages will be processed as usual. If a declaration is received twice due to our recovery actions, the second declaration will be rejected. Therefore, there is no risk of duplicate declarations being registered.
Once the inventory has been completed, we will inform you accordingly.
