From December 1, 2025, you will only be able to submit ENS declarations via ICS2.

Are you bringing goods from outside the EU into the EU Customs Union? Then you will have to use Import Control System 2 (ICS2), the new declaration system for the Entry process. From December 1, 2025, you will no longer be able to submit Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) via ICS1 (DMF). This will only be possible via ICS2.
