Unfortunately, the situation about not receiving return messages still applies.
A solution is being worked on.

If you have not yet received return messages for the declarations submitted between 10:30 - 13:00 on 05-08-2024, the following actions apply:

• For departure declarations, you can ask the customs office for permission to depart. Another option is to cancel the declaration.
• For the destination declarations you may already unload the goods. As soon as we send the permission, you can submit an unloading report.
